Daytime Public Pool Party

Parties may be reserved at a facility managed by Quality Aquatics Pool Management during normal pool operating hours. Public Pool Parties have a one (1) lifeguard minimum and for every twenty (20) guests an additional lifeguard will be required. Lifeguards are billed for at the rate of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per hour, per lifeguard. A thirty-five dollar ($35.00) non-refundable administration fee applies to this type of party. Please note that a pool CANNOT be closed to the public during open hours for a Public Pool Party.

After-Hours Pool Rental

Exclusive parties may be hosted at a facility managed by Quality Aquatics Pool Management outside of operating hours. After-Hours Pool Rentals require at least two (2) lifeguards to be present at the rate of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per hour, per lifeguard. A fifty dollar ($50.00) non-refundable administration fee applies to this type of party.

Party & Event Policies

Cancellations

Non-weather-related cancellation of a party or event must be occur at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to party reservation. Weather-related cancellations must occur at least one (1) hour prior to the reservation. Cancellation of a party or event after the minimum time required by this policy will be billed for one (1) hour of lifeguard labor.

Length, Time & Lifeguards

Parties and events must be at least two (2) hours in length and may not be held after midnight (12 a.m.). A minimum of two (2) lifeguards are required for all Residential Private Parties and After-Hours Pool Rentals regardless of the number of guests attending. Additional lifeguards will be required with a ratio of one lifeguard per twenty (20) guests inside the pool's gated area regardless of whether or not they will be swimming. If the number of guests attending the party inside the pool's gated area exceeds the maximum number agreed upon, QAPM will assign an additional lifeguard and the customer will be billed accordingly.

Alcohol

Alcohol may only be served at parties held after hours. In the event that alcohol will be served, a supervisor arranged by QAPM and a law enforcement officer hired by the customer must be present. The customer hosting the event is required to provide proof to QAPM that a law enforcement officer has been hired for the event prior to the scheduled reservation time.

Clean-Up & Closing Procedures

The clean-up duties that the customer hosting the party is responsible for are: the proper disposal of all trash, the clean-up of any messes left by the occupation of their guests and the return of all pool furniture items to their original locations. Ten (10) minutes prior to end of the scheduled reservation time, the QAPM personnel on duty will evacuate the pool and begin closing procedures. In the event that the party extends beyond the reserved ending time, including any required additional clean-up tasks incurred by QAPM's staff, a charge for the additional time will be assessed and billed to the customer.
